This Conflict Management course will explain the role, function, and forms of expression of conflict & demonstrate good practice in managing conflict in group or organisational contexts.
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence required to critically engage with the theory and practice of conflict management in community settings.
This course is divided into modules and lessons, each focusing on key topics, which are broken down into easy-to-follow concepts.
Throughout the course, you will be given activities to complete to help you summarise what you have learnt and appraise your understanding.
There are three modules within the course and information on what is covered is as follows:

Module 3: Analysis and Practice

Course Length: On average each course requires approximately 15-20 hours of study.
Assessment Criteria: Assessments are scheduled only when you are ready. There are no final exams, continual assessments are included through each course with a test at the end of each course.
