We offer several channels for contacting Tutors or our Technical Support Team. These channels include:

Ansam Fluirse Career College Trainer Training
Before you start creating or facilitating courses, it is important to note that all trainers must complete our official training program. This ensures that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality and effective training to our learners.
Our official training program is designed to cover all the essential aspects of course creation and facilitation, including instructional design, delivery methods, assessment, and evaluation. The program also covers important policies and procedures, such as our code of conduct, privacy and confidentiality policies, and health and safety regulations.
By completing our official training program, you will have a clear understanding of our expectations and requirements for creating and facilitating courses. You will also be equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver engaging and effective training to our learners.
Once you have successfully completed our official training program, you will be authorized to create and facilitate courses within our elearning platform. We look forward to working with you and helping you to reach your full potential as a trainer.

Responding to Inquiries
As a trainer, it is important that you are able to effectively respond to student inquiries. Responding promptly and effectively can help to build a positive learning experience and improve student engagement. Here are some best practices for responding to student inquiries:
- Respond Promptly: Respond to student inquiries as quickly as possible. This will show that you value their time and are committed to their success. If you cannot respond immediately, set a realistic timeframe for your response and let the student know when they can expect to hear back from you.
- Be Professional: Use a professional tone and language in all communications with students. Remember that you are representing our company and should maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Be Clear and Concise: Ensure that your response is clear, concise, and easy to understand. Avoid using jargon or technical terms that the student may not be familiar with.
- Personalize Your Response: Address the student by name and personalize your response to their specific question or concern. This will help to build a positive relationship with the student and show that you are interested in their success.
- Provide Additional Resources: If appropriate, provide additional resources such as links to articles or videos that may help the student better understand the topic. This will demonstrate that you are committed to the student’s success and are willing to go above and beyond to help them learn.
- Follow Up: Once you have provided a response to the student, follow up with them to ensure that their question or concern has been fully addressed. This will show that you are committed to their success and are willing to provide ongoing support.
